Guys, I’m sharing a bit of how the next 4 pages of Gemma’s comic are coming along.
Here is the climax where Gemma reaches her maximum size. At this point, I have inked it and painted 3 pages in flat colors. But I feel like sharing everything is too much, too many spoilers.
I think the sketches show quite a bit like a storyboard, and I’ll also show the stages of page 9.
Rendering the pages for the final part I can do it like 3 pages a day if everythings is organized.
I will put a page here when I have done it.

Hey guys, I’m making this update after delivering the pages. Just to share the final work of the page I’ve been showing throughout the process.
Honestly, Gemma is the hottest character in Monster Hunter Wild; she has an amazing design, and I’ve really enjoyed drawing her. Thanks to Insetto33boy for suggesting her.
Here the entire comic just in case you want a shortcut.

At this point. There are still a few pages left to finish this comic. I’ll likely do another blog entry for those last pages.

It’s been a while since the last update on Gemma. And now that I think about it, this is the final one because these are the last pages of this comic.
In this comic, I changed my style a lot between pages, sorry for that. I know that can sometimes mess with continuity, but I was in a phase of experimentation, trying to find a style that’s both appealing and efficient.
Still, I hope you enjoyed it! Big thanks to Insetto33boy for suggesting her. I loved her. It’s really attractive, great design and I spend great time drawing her.

Hey guys, I thought the work-in-progress for this project was finished. But this last bit is to share the illustrated script. And the idea came from writing this script, actually.
Every project is different, and sometimes I only need a line to understand what to do in the scene, and sometimes a whole paragraph. With this one in particular, for some reason, I went for something more descriptive.
In the past, when doing commissions, I’ve come across scripts so elaborate they could be a product in themselves. And they were so good that when I adapted them, I even felt like I wasn’t doing them justice, that maybe it would be better to illustrate them like in light novels.
My case isn’t as elaborate as that, but I thought it could still be cool to use images within the comic to illustrate the text.
It’s another way to enjoy this story. I know it’s not for everyone, in fact, for very few, and there’s a giant elephant in the room: the fact that nobody asked for this. But you couldn’t, because you don’t know this is an option or that I can do these things. Now you know.
I used to work for a while designing magazines and books, something I really enjoyed. So I dusted off those skills for this; something my body simply asked for.
I won’t be doing this often; it takes up valuable time that I could use to draw more pages for you.
So I hope you enjoy the times I can do something like this.
